Getting Started with Nexvox
Get your team's shared WhatsApp inbox up and running in about 15 minutes.
What you'll need
- A phone number not currently registered on WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business
- A Meta Business Manager account (free)
- Admin access to your Meta Business account
Estimated setup time: 15–20 minutes
1Create your Nexvox account
- Go to app.nexvox.co and click Sign up
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Verify your email — check your inbox for the confirmation link
- Set your workspace name (usually your company name)
2Connect your WhatsApp number
After signing in, the onboarding checklist will guide you through the Meta authorization flow:
- Click Connect WhatsApp in the onboarding checklist
- You'll be redirected to Meta to authorize Nexvox
- Select your Business Manager account
- Choose or create a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
- Add your phone number and verify it via the one-time code sent to the number

3Invite your team
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite member
- Enter their email address and assign a role
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access including settings and billing |
| Agent | Send and receive messages; no access to settings |
There is no per-seat fee — invite your entire team at no extra cost.
4Handle your first conversations
Once connected, incoming WhatsApp messages appear in the Inbox. Three views keep things organized:
UnassignedNew messages not yet assigned to an agent
MineConversations assigned specifically to you
AllEvery conversation in the workspace
To assign a conversation: open it and click Assign in the top-right corner.
