When you submit the inquiry form on our website we collect:

Business goals, WhatsApp use cases, and launch timeline

IP Geolocation

We make a single request to ipgeolocation.io to detect your country and pre-select the correct phone dial code. Only your IP address is transmitted; we do not store it ourselves. See ipgeolocation.io's privacy policy for how they handle this data.

Usage & Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and marketing tags. This may result in cookies being set and usage data (pages visited, referrer, device type) being collected by third-party services configured in GTM. You can manage cookie preferences via the cookie consent banner.

Hosting Logs

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Firebase may log standard server-access data (IP address, browser, page requested) for security and reliability purposes. Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your message is processed by Meta under their platform policies
ipgeolocation.io — receives your IP address to return a country code
Firebase / Google — hosts the website and may log access data
Google Tag Manager — loads third-party analytics tags as configured

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

Inquiry form data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from submission, after which it is deleted unless a contractual relationship has been established. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. International Transfers

Nexvox operates from the UAE. Where data is processed by third-party services based outside your country, we rely on standard contractual clauses or the processor's own adequacy mechanisms to ensure adequate protection.
